I accept check or credit card through a secure, HIPAA-compliant payment platform (Ivy Pay).

Appointments

Appointments are generally once a week to begin, which helps build consistency and support. Some clients with higher needs may choose to schedule twice-weekly sessions, while long-standing clients sometimes transition to biweekly sessions. Together, we’ll determine a schedule that best supports your goals and needs.

FAQs

  • You’re always welcome to work with me, regardless of insurance. If you don’t have insurance or your plan is out-of-network, sessions are paid out-of-pocket. I can provide superbills, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

    Sliding scale spots are also available for a limited number of clients, so please reach out if cost is a concern.

  • Life happens. There is some flexibility with emergencies, but in general, cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions are billed at the full session rate.

    Email is the best way to reschedule
