Welcome! I am a queer and neurodiverse therapist who loves supporting clients in exploring their emotions, building coping skills, and expressing themselves in ways that feel authentic. Fun facts: I love my two cats, embroidery, and playing electric violin.

I offer a compassionate, integrative approach that blends talk therapy with art therapy. My work is grounded in a person-centered, feminist, and Gestalt approach. I incorporate mindfulness and CBT when helpful. Art-making is always optional. Some clients find it helpful for exploring topics that are difficult to put into words, while others prefer a talk-based approach, or somewhere in-between.

Healing (and trauma) is shaped by culture, history, identity, and lived experience. As a white therapist, I am mindful of how privilege and systemic power dynamics may show up in the therapy room. I am committed to practicing with curiosity, cultural humility, and accountability. I welcome dialogue about how intersectionality impacts our work together. I am continuously learning and striving towards an anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice.

I am a registered agency affiliated counselor (CAAR-CG.61615408) and a registered provisional art therapist (ATR-P: 25-698), offering an integrative approach to therapy that blends talk and creative expression. I graduated from Antioch University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Art Therapy in 2025.

I have been in practice since 2024. In 2024, I completed a 6 month pre-internship at Cancer Lifeline, supporting art therapy groups for children and adults. After that, I completed a year-long clinical internship at Swedish Cancer Institute and Hope Development Practice.

I am supervised by Abby White, LMFT through Hope Development Practice, and Helena Hillinga Haas ATR-BC, LMHC.

In addition, I have a Masters of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney (2017) and a Bachelors of Arts in International Studies & Japanese Language from the University of Oregon (2013).
